Constantin has held several executive positions in the aviation industry with his last appointment as Head of Technical at Elix Aviation Capital – a Dublin-based aircraft leasing company. Constantin’s technical background started his career as an aerodynamicist and later a stress engineer at Bombardier, before moving into the airline industry and holding executive positions for various commercial airline and business jet operators. He is also the founding member and CEO of aviation consulting firm – Element Aerospace Limited – based in Toronto Canada, and Business Development Director at Gannuver Trading Limited specializing in the defense sector.

Constantin is currently the CEO of the 228 Elysian Project Advisory Group – a startup incubator and events planner, while in the last 3 years, Constantin has also launched his own brands including the jewelry design company Vicky Shawe, investment advisory firm Mediterra Holdings, co-working space developer VBrands Global, and beverage manufacturer 1888 Beverage Company.

Constantin has also been on the Rolls Royce C3 committee and international ambassador for small/medium civil engines, a member of International Society of Air Safety Investigators (ISASI) since 2003, and is a Board Member for the Hellenic-Canadian Chamber of Commerce. Constantin also holds two professional engineering licences and a Canadian pilot’s licence.
